				  Zaamin is a place of rest

 "Zaamin" sanatorium is also known for its mountainous resort located in one of the most beautiful corners of the Zaamin region, on the northern slopes of the Turkestan ridge, at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level.  

Tourism:
 The largest network of tourist infrastructure in Uzbekistan is located in the Zaamin region.  There are many summer and winter children's camps, mountaineering bases, sports bases, sanatoriums in the region. For example, Zaamin sanatorium is one of the largest and most famous sanatoriums and tourist centers in Central Asia.  It is one of the most beautiful corners of the Zaamin region - on the northern slopes of the Turkestan ridge (2000 meters above sea level), Zaamin State Mountain Spruce Reserve, and Zaamin National Park.  The mountainous landscape, the fresh air, and the abundance of sunshine - all these create favorable conditions for weather prevention and climatic-therapeutic treatments for people suffering from respiratory diseases.

 Zaamin National Park

 Zaamin National Park was opened on September 8, 1976.  In order to preserve, restore and ensure the recreational development of unique mountain-spruce ecosystems in the territory of the Jizzakh region, it occupies an area of 24,110 hectares, including forest lands - 16,783 hectares, non-forest lands - 7,327 hectares, indoor forests.  with on - 12130 acres.
 The garden area is divided into two zones - entertainment and buffer.  According to geobotanical zoning, spruce forests are divided into two belts: thermophilic and microaerophilic spruce.  Juniper forests: in the lower mountain zone, Zerafshan spruce (altitude: 1700-2300 meters);  hemispherical spruce in the middle mountain zone (2300-2500m);  in a high mountain belt (2500-3300m) with Turkestan spruce.
