Beautiful Chadak village

 There is an ancient village of Chadak near Namangan.  It is located in the valley of the Chodaksay River.  The village has a history of four thousand years.  Despite this great age, the village has retained the traditional form of a Central Asian village.  Chodak is famous for its gardens, coconut groves, and springs.  But the highlight of the village is the Crying Rock.  The place is beautiful in the middle of the desert.  In ancient times, caravans stopped here, and military routes passed through it.  It was the perfect place to relax after a long trip and stock up on freshwater.
 It was here that Alexander the Great marched with his army.  Scientists believe that he has a long time to recover.  After Dhu'l-Qarnayn, this place became famous and became one of the centers of the kingdom of Kushan.
 A "weeping rock" is a small mountain formation with snow on top.  The water comes down from the rocks and the rocks seem to be shedding tears through the mud and swamp vegetation.  According to legend, the rock is a girl who fell in love and was forced to divorce her lover.  Burning with grief over the divorce, the girl has become a "rock that cries forever."  Interestingly, running water does not freeze even in winter and is considered healing.  There is a small slope inside the stone.  You can go inside and make a wish, lovers or lonely people wish to find their loved ones.
